The Lotus Notes infrastructure appears to be running fine this morning. Although we will continue to monitor this issue will be declared resolved. (0832 Martyn)

Mail queues are now clear and we are continuing to monitor the stability of Lotus Notes. (17:24)

At 16:50 you will loose Lotus Notes again. This is to clear the queues of emails which are stuck. (16:45)

We are solving the server issues but some emails are stuck in queues. We are working to clear these queues as quickly as possible. (16:20)

Problems are still continuing although we are getting nearer a resolution. Please continue to watch this page for more information. (13:00)

We are still having intermittent problems with Lotus Notes this morning.

We are working as fast as we can to resolve.

Lotus Domino, the mail server feeding Lotus Notes, has decided to be difficult this morning.
No one can use their mail or other mail databases on this server.

The server has been kicked. Please restart Notes if you are still experiencing problems, as always, please make sure you open your mail on NotesUK2. This information is displayed on the bottom left of your mail file (inbox)

For details of how to open your mail on NotesUK2 (our main email server) please see How do I open a mail file

Martyn)It amounts to pressing ctrl+O, choosing NotesUK2 from the drop down, scrolling down to the mail folder, and in there you can just double click your name.
