[Resolved] Major Outage

All systems are back up and running - [01:30]

I am on site and have rolled back the upgrade on the troublesome switch. I am now ensuring all systems are functioning. - [00:44]

Whilst upgrading software on core switches the final one has failed to start back up. I am on my way to the office to resolve - MS [23:48]
