Three Ring Telephone Policy

Microlease PLC. currently operates a three ring policy. 
This means that when phoning any other internal telephone number, you should not stay on the line for more than 3 rings.
If after this time the call has still not been answered, please hang up and retry in a few minutes time.

To assist users with unanswered calls there are several useful functions. 
Both 'Leave a message' and 'Call me back' functions are available on both versions of Mitel telephones currently used at Microlease - Harrow.

1. Newer Version Handset

If a dialled number (Daniel James) is engaged, the user will receive a busy tone (and the orange light above the buttons panel on the right is illuminated).
 
You then have three options:

Hang up and the call is terminated.
Select 'Leave A Msg' and when the busy user (Daniel James) ends their current call, they will receive a message, letting them know you have phoned.
'Call Me Back' - When the busy user (Daniel James) ends their current call your phone will start ringing. When answered, you will be ringing the originally engaged user (Daniel James)

2. Older Version Handset

If a dialled number (Daniel James) is engaged, the user will receive a busy tone (and the orange light above the buttons panel on the right is illuminated). You will also be shown this screen which indicates the user is unavailable.

You then have three options:

Hang up and the call is terminated.
Select 'Call Me Back' and when the busy user (Daniel James) ends their current call your phone will start ringing. When answered, you will be ringing the originally engaged user (Daniel James)
'I Will Wait' - This will play music through the handset while you wait for the busy user to become available again.
